    Being dizzy when standing up...?

Whenever I stand up, I get black spots in my vision, I'm dizzy, and my legs seem to tense up for some seconds. It usually happens for no more than 10-15 seconds but it's getting where it happens whenever I stand up from sitting. Should I be worried?

Once in a while is normal, but if it's beginning to happen each time you stand up, you could have a question called orthostatic hypotension, which is when your blood pressure drops significantly upon standing. http://healthmad.com/conditions-and-diseases/what-causes-dizziness-when-standing-up-quickly/

i get it all the time. sometimes i black out and the blood goes to my head and i feel like im gonna faint. and i just like lay my head on the counter for some seconds and close my eyes. its pretty scary but its just called being light headed after sitting somewhere too long and getting up all of a sudden.

No, This happens to me as well. this happens because when you stand up all the blood has a stronger pull on it (from gravity) and this pulls blood away from the brain, and your heart was not ready for the extra strain from gravity. This will usually happen when you are tired or relaxed because thats when your heart rate slows..
